Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end program delivery, technical advisory, requirements definition, schedule management, and contractual compliance across T&M and Fixed Price projects.
Manage engineering teams, subcontractors, customer relationships, QBRs, KPIs, risks, change management, and operational governance.
Own P&L, bookings, revenue, margins, resource capacity, staffing SLAs, budget planning, and talent development.
