Job Description

Karl Malone PowerSports | Join the Team That Keeps the Fun Moving

Know your way around parts? Love helping people? Enjoy the satisfaction of finding the exact thing someone needs? Then we want to hear from you.

At Karl Malone PowerSports , we know one very important truth: without parts, nothing gets repaired, upgraded, customized, or sent out for the next adventure. That makes our Parts Department a pretty big deal.

We’re looking for a Parts Department Assistant who can keep things moving, keep customers smiling, and help our team find the right parts at the right time. If you’re organized, personable, detail-oriented, and thrive when things get busy, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be part parts detective, part customer service pro, and part behind-the-scenes hero.

• Help customers and staff identify, price, and locate standard and custom parts.
• Oversee parts sales from start to finish and make sure customers know what’s happening every step of the way.
• Work with the Parts Manager to track down those hard-to-find parts that somehow always seem to be hiding.
• Assist with special-order requests and make sure customers get what they actually ordered.
• Keep customers updated on parts availability and order status.
• Communicate with customers and team members in a friendly, professional, and helpful way.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Stay up to date with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Bottom line: You’ll help turn “Do you guys have this part?” into “Yep, we’ve got you covered.”

Why You’ll Want to Ride With Us

At Team Karl Malone , you’re more than a name on a schedule. You’re part of a team where your ideas, perspective, and voice matter.

We’re building a family-centered environment where employees and customers are treated like people—not numbers. We provide paid training, opportunities to grow, and plenty of room to build a career with a rapidly growing company.

Perks & Benefits

• Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance
• Company-Sponsored Counseling Services
• Paid Vacation
• Paid Training Program
• 401(k) Savings Plan
• Basic Life Insurance
• Opportunities for Advancement & Internal Promotion
• Inclusive, Family-Centered Work Environment
• Sundays Off!

What We’re Looking For

You don’t have to know every part number on day one. What matters most is that you’re willing to learn, ready to help, and bring a great attitude to the team.

We’d love to meet you if you have:

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience (preferred, but not required)
• The ability to stay cool and productive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• A sharp eye for detail and the determination to see things through
• Strong communication and people skills—in person and over the phone
• A prompt, courteous, and professional approach
• An enthusiastic personality and a genuine team-player attitude

Ready to Get in Gear?

If you’re looking for a job where you can learn, grow, help people, and be part of a team that loves powersports as much as you do , we’d love to meet you.

Bring your energy. We’ll bring the opportunity.
