What You’ll Do * Safely administer medications according to physician orders and resident care plans. * Accurately document medication administration and maintain resident records. * Observe residents for changes in condition or concerns and communicate them to the appropriate team members. * Assist residents with daily needs while promoting dignity, independence, and choice. * Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers. * Jump in, lend a hand, and help create a community where residents feel at home. What We’re Looking For * Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification or equivalent based on state requirements. * Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in working with older adults. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation. * Dependability and a willingness to jump in and help when needed. * Availability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
