What You’ll Do * Provide medication support: Safely administer medications and maintain accurate records. * Support residents: Assist with daily needs while promoting dignity and independence. * Stay attentive: Observe changes in condition and communicate concerns to nursing staff. * Build connections: Create meaningful relationships with residents, families, and teammates. What You’ll Bring * Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification or equivalent based on Iowa requirements. * Compassion, dependability, and a positive attitude. * Strong communication and basic computer skills. * Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed. Iowa Requirement: Medication Aides must complete an approved medication aide or medication manager course, pass the required exam, and be assessed by a licensed healthcare professional before administering medications.
