Front Desk Agent needed the following Days and Hours

Friday: 3:00pm until 9:00pm

Saturday: 7:00am until 3:00pm

There is a tight window from Friday evening until Saturday morning - the position only requires 2 days a week - discussion is open to Friday hours, but Saturday coverage is definitely needed.

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for managing reservations, checking guests in and out, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, inquiries, and reservations.
• Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently while ensuring all information is accurate.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance guest experiences.
• Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details.
• Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced at the end of each day.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services and satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clientele.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
