About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and people-oriented Entry Level Marketing Assistant to join our team in Austin, TX. This role focuses on supporting on-site marketing initiatives, brand activations, and event-based promotions. The ideal candidate enjoys engaging with guests, supporting marketing operations during live events, and working closely with event and marketing teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
* Support on-site marketing activities during events, promotions, and client activations
* Assist with the setup, coordination, and execution of event marketing initiatives
* Engage with attendees to provide information about brands, products, or services
* Help organize marketing materials, displays, and promotional resources
* Coordinate with event staff and supervisors to ensure smooth marketing operations
* Maintain inventory of promotional materials and event supplies
* Provide feedback to supervisors regarding attendee engagement and event flow
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable interacting with guests, clients, and team members
* Ability to multitask and stay organized in fast-paced environments
* Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
* Team-oriented and reliable
